Abstract

Computer Science (CS) is an English-dominant space. As a result, multilingual students face more barriers to participating in CS. Drawing upon translanguaging theory, my research investigates how we can integrate non-English languages into CS education to support students’ learning, sense of belonging, and self-efficacy.
